Mixed the long way, in the shadow of Pendle.

We started out blending for the Lancashire Steam Company and never stopped tinkering. Every recipe is worked on for months, sometimes years, until it tastes exactly right.

Today the depot turns that obsession into multipurpose flavourings: concentrated enough to go a long way, honest about what goes in, and made in small batches here in East Lancashire.
